Q. How much in advance do I need to place my order?
Cupcakes from our menu can be placed 1 day in advance. However order for custom made cupcakes needs to be placed 3 days in advance.
Q. How should I store my cupcakes?
Cupcakes are best served at room temperature. Do not refrigerate your cupcakes as they will become dry. In case you are not going to consume the cupcakes within 24 hours then it is recommended to freeze them. Bring it to room temperature 2-3 hours before serving.
Q. How long will my cupcakes keep?
All cupcakes are best the day they are purchased. Butter cream frosted cupcakes will hold up if stored in an air-tight container for 1-2 days at room temperature.
Cream cheese frosted cupcakes should be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 1 day (the fridge will dry the cake out the longer it’s stored). Cupcakes can be frozen for a month. Bring it to room temperature just before serving.
Q. Do you offer customized cupcakes?
Yes, we do make customized cupcakes and decorate our cupcakes with a variety of fondant flowers, shapes such as heart, stars etc. Additional decorations are available for special occasions including weddings, anniversaries, farewells, corporate events, birthdays, baby showers and bridal showers.
Q. Do you make gluten-free or vegan cupcakes?
Not at the moment. But soon we will start with making them available.
Q. Are your product nuts free?
Our products are NOT nut free; some of the cupcakes do have nuts such as peanuts, pecan nuts and walnuts. However, nut free cupcakes can be made upon request.
Q. What are the sizes of cupcakes available?
We offer three sizes of cupcakes: Mini, Standard and Giant
Q. What is the minimum order of cupcakes?
For mini cupcakes the minimum order is 2 dozens of any single flavour. For standard cupcakes is 1 dozen of any single flavor.
